Invite them to learn how to prepare some great lunch options that they make for themselves or others in their family. Young chefs will work on a menu including chicken, lettuce, avocado, sprouts, and carrots as well as vegetarian sushi wraps with rice, avocado, cucumbers, carrots, sprouts, homemade dressings and spreads.
