Check out these free outdoor summer concert series in Rockland County, NY, hosted by Clarkstown, Nyack, Stony Point, and Suffern in July and August. Each offers a variety of bands playing family-friendly music ranging from oldies to rock to country. Bring a picnic, a blanket or some low chairs (where permitted), and your whole family to enjoy the sounds of summer music on the open air. Stop by the concert nearest you, or hop over to the next town to check out who's performing.
Family Music Festivals take place on select Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays through Aug. 1 at locations in Congers and West Nyack. Concerts start at 7:30pm.

Hopper House Art Center hosts Music in the Garden, a family-friendly jazz concert series, on Thursdays at 7:30pm, July 5 through Aug. 2.
