Helping Kids Pediatrics, Doctors Stanley and Elizabeth Jacobs

When you think of the American dream, houses with white picket fences and children playing in the yard come to mind. But for Stanley and Elizabeth Jacob, it was opening their own pediatric practice. The husband and wife team opened Helping Kids Pediatrics in May with the goal to provide high quality, compassionate care to their patients.

Both physicians attended Binghamton University and Debrecen University Medical School. After graduation, Dr. Stanley Jacob served as a pediatrician for a private practice in Astoria, Queens, while Dr. Elizabeth Jacob was part of a team of pediatric and NICU hospitalists at Mercy Medical Center on Long Island.

Helping Kids Pediatrics' child-friendly office features state-of-the-art equipment, from electronic check-in and electronic access to radiology and lab reports to complimentary WiFi. Along with child healthcare, the practice offers free newborn care classes, free initial consults, and lactation consultations for new moms. "We truly, truly believe in personalized care for infants, toddlers, preteens, and young adults; treating patients as individuals with compassion and kindness," says Dr. Elizabeth Jacob.

Helping Kids Pediatrics is located at 180 Phillips Road, Suite 4A, in New City. For more information, call 845-499-2339 or visit www.helpingkidspediatrics.com.
