These two pick-your-own farms in Rockland County, New York, offer visitors the full fall experience, complete with pumpkin and apple picking. Tramp through the pumpkin patch with your little ones, then enjoy seasonal activities like hayrides and a haunted house.

The Orchards of Concklin
2 S. Mountain Road, Pomona

Pick your own pumpkins and apples through October, 10am-5pm weekends only. On-site haunted house and giant blow-up slide, plus a farm store with homegrown and local fruits and vegetables, baked goods, and homemade apple cider and peanut butter. Birthday parties are available by appointment.


Dr. Davies Farm
306 Route 304, Congers

Pick your own pumpkins and apples through the first weekend in November, 10am-4:30pm daily. Hayrides to the pumpkin fields offered on weekends (weekdays by appointment); $5 per person. Farmers market with homegrown and local produce. Large field with picnic areas.
