Hurricane Sandy News from Local Businesses - Fairfield

The superstorm Sandy (dubbed by news media as 'Frankenstorm') rocked all of Fairfield County, CT and much of our surrounding area. Many of the businesses in our Connecticut suburbs and beyond have been affected.

Local businesses throughout Fairfield County--including Bethel, Bridgeport, Cos Cob, Danbury, Darien, Easton, Fairfield, Greenwich, Monroe, New Canaan, Newtown, Norwalk, Redding, Ridgefield, Shelton, Stamford, Stratford, Trumbull, Weston, Westport, and Wilton--are rising to the challenge of repairing our communities and helping out. Beyond donating food, water, emergency goods, clothing, and money towards relief, you can help by supporting your local businesses as they rebuild.

Music Together of Fairfield County

Music Together hosts its 25th Anniversary Celebration Event. New Canaan Methodist Church, located at 165 South Ave., New Canaan, CT, will host children (ages 0-5 years) and their families for singing, dancing, instrument making, and eating cake.

Please RSVP to 203-256-1656 or e-mail mtfcjj@optnline.net if you would like to join us. All proceeds will be donated to the American Red Cross. There is a suggested donation of $10.00 per family and we will also be holding a silent auction.
