He started gymnastics at age 12 and went on to become a high school Academic All-American gymnast, high school county and state champion as well as an NCAA gymnast. Craig earned his Master's Degree in Special Education and Elementary Education and has worked one-on-one with children with special needs. As an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Personal Trainer, he is among an elite group of trainers with in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology as well as body mechanics.
