This July, go to a local farmers' market, fair, or festival in Westchester and stock up on fresh produce from Westchester farms, create crafts from local goods, and celebrate cultural festivals. This month, don't miss the NY Renaissance Faire!

Family Fire & Bushcraft Fun

WHAT: Enjoy an evening of family fun by the firelight. Start by learning the tricks of building a safe fire that matches your needs, from survival situation to s’mores creation. Discover the world of bushcraft wilderness survival techniques as you enjoy marshmallows and a story by the fire. Families can expect to explore different fire making techniques while learning how the mastery of fire altered human history and how survival skills can apply to problem solving in everyday life.
