Rockin’ Jump - Mount Kisco
333 N. Bedford Road, #225, Mount Kisco
At Rockin’ Jump, we believe exercise should be fun. Instead of stair climbers and weight machines we created an 18,000-square-foot facility in which you can soar in open jump arenas, do flips into pools of soft foam cubes, play trampoline dodgeball, and do extraordinary basketball dunks. Some trampoline fitness facts: Jumping burns three times more calories than jogging. Six minutes on a trampoline can equal 1 mile of jogging. Jumping puts slight stress on your bones, making them stronger. Come on down to Rockin’ Jump for fitness disguised as fun.
