Celebrating 40 years in the lower Hudson Valley, WIHD creates better futures for people with disabilities, and provides practical personal assistance to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Addressing an individual’s specialized needs at any age, from birth through school years, supporting transitions into the adult world, including higher education and employment. On-site services include a dental clinic, a behavior psychology practice, speech and hearing, an Assistive Technology Center, and other therapeutic services.
