A former public relations guru in Manhattan, Lisa took what she was familiar with and used it in a whole new way. What started as a simple statement made on a day at the beach, grew into Lisa’s latest digital venture. Family anecdotes, kid-friendly recipes, tips for today’s moms, and anything pop culture, complete with commentary, can be found at Mom a la Mode.

Lisa found happiness in her new career as an almost-stay-at-home mom and learned to value the little things. She spends her days with her toddler, updating her loyal readers and completing freelance projects, all from the comfort of her own home. While she may miss Manhattan’s buzz, she is content living solidly in the suburbs.
