Primrose Schools for Kids Are Coming to Long Island

Primrose Schools for Kids Are Coming to Long Island

Kids will be able to learn through Primrose's Balanced Learning approach, the first of its kind in New York.

Primrose Schools, an accredited early education school for children from infancy through PreK with more than 400 locations across the country, has planted its flag on Long Island. Primrose Woodbury will be the first school to bring the school's Balanced Learning Approach to kids in New York. Primrose will be open for enrollment in spring or summer 2020.

Primrose will have an after school program for school-aged children in addition to its early education program. The Balanced Learning approach–which is exclusive to Primrose–aims to develop the "whole child" by focusing on the academic, social-emotional, creative, and physical domains. Skills kids learn through this approach build on each other naturally and progress from early childhood into kindergarten. Primrose schools can be found in 30 states, including New Jersey, California, Massachusetts, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
