CBE KIDS after-school program at Congregation Beth Elohim offers children a wide variety of enrichment classes and recreational activities in a safe and caring environment. We believe each child develops at his or her own pace. All of our enrichment classes are taught by teachers or experienced freelance artists. Some of our classes include: art, video, sewing, jewelry, bit bots, Legos, instructional swim, circus arts, ballet, and theater. Our program is also available onsite at PS 295 and PS 39. Urban Umbrella is a challenging after-school program for children ages 4-12. In providing enrichment through a comprehensive curriculum, the Ecological Covenant, we help the highly motivated student further his or her gifts by working on projects in content areas not generally found in the regular school setting.
