Attendees will have the opportunity to take part in discussions about the 529 College Savings Plan led by special guest Jack Schnirman, Nassau County Comptroller, and other financial professionals including: John Ryan, CLTC and partner at Ryan & Janowsky Financial Strategies Group; Peter Janowsky, Accredited Investment Fiduciary and partner at Ryan & Janowsky Financial Strategies Group; and Eric Fracasso, regional vice president at INVESCO. The second session in this three-part series will cover the benefits of a long-term care insurance policy and an aging plan for your parents. This session will take place on December 5, 7:30pm at Sid Jacobson JCC. The third and final session in this series will cover the importance of not forgetting about yourself and the need to fully fund your retirement account and the power of annuities. This session will take place on January 8, 7:30pm at Sid Jacobson JCC. The November 6 session is free to members. Tickets for non-members are $10 and can be purchased at www.sjjcc.org/parenting.
