We've rounded up indoor and outdoor ice-skating rinks in the New York area that are open during the coronavirus pandemic, including Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, Nassau County, Suffolk County, Rockland County, Westchester County, Bergen County, NJ, and Fairfield County, CT. Head to an outdoor ice rink in the winter months, or enjoy indoor ice-skating year-round. What you need to know: All visitors must wear face masks at all times. Guests must sanitize their hands and have a temperature check before entering. Rental skates will be sanitized after each use. Staff will clean and disinfect high-touch, high-use areas during closed periods.

The Rink at Rockefeller Center

What you need to know: The Rink is operating at limited capacity and ice-skating sessions are limited to 40 minutes. Masks and social distancing are required at all times, and guests are asked to wash or sanitize hands before entering, use credit/debit or contactless payment methods, and stay home of they’re not feeling well. Guests will also be subject to a health screening prior to entry. The Rink staff will wear face masks, wash hands frequently, perform wellness checks, and stay home if sick. In addition, all surfaces and common areas will be cleaned and sanitized regularly.
