Mall in Elmhurst Adds to Holiday Experience

Queens Center also offered sensory-friendly hours at Santa HQ earlier this month.

With the holiday season in full swing, Queens Center is bringing families of all kinds more Christmas spirit than ever with Santa HQ—which has exciting new features this year. In addition to an interactive magic mirror and customized Elf Academy ID card, the experience offers fast passes to expedite your photos with the big guy.

With the new fast pass feature, families can speed up the Santa photo experience by reserving a time on the Queens Center website to meet him. The interactive magic mirror will allow children to transform into Santa's elves. Children can also receive a customized Elf Academy ID card after taking an online elf training class.

Sara Capezza, senior manager of marketing at Queens Center, said she is very excited to feel all of the holiday magic at Queens Center this year

"In reality, the most important thing for us at Queens Center is to make sure every person passing through our set has a great experience and gets to experience the magic that is santa and the holidays,” Carpezza said. “We don’t just want families and kids standing in line and in and out quickly with santa. We want there to be an experience that they’ll never forget for the entire family.”
