Quotables March 6-12: Little Troublemakers

Join us on Fridays for Quotables, everything that caught our eye this week on the web. This week, we laugh at the shenanigans our little troublemakers get into. They may wreak havoc, but you gotta love ’em!

Overheard…
“I was at dinner last night with some friends who have a 3-year-old and her mom said the other day she told Naladie to clean up her toys and she told her, ‘Mom, stop being so fastidious!’ Apparently she overheard a couple having an argument and the man told the woman that she was being fastidious. She then used the four-syllable word, in context, on her unassuming mom.”

Bravo, Naladie.

@MyBrownBaby considers this the “Best Comeback EVER.”

“Just saw a child with a tiny sharp piece of metal in his mouth and I had to beg him to spit it out.”

Foreign objects? Harder than getting kids to spit their gum out.

Been there.

Been there, too.

As they get older, they learn not to give themselves away.
