Seamless Launches Future Order Feature

Seamless, the popular food ordering service, now allows users to place orders up to 72 hours in advance.

The online and app-based food ordering service Seamless just launched a new feature called Future Order, allowing users to place and purchase meals up to 72 hours in advance. The feature allows on-the-go parents to plan ahead meals for their kids, even on busy workdays.

Seamless is always looking for ways to delight its users and make their lives easier. This feature is helpful for parents, college students during final exams, and busy professionals working toward a deadline. Parents can use the service to order dinner for days they know will be busy, order food for birthday parties, and plan healthy and diverse school lunches for the week. Future Order is especially helpful with picky eaters because the thousands of customizable options ensure that there will be something everyone likes.

There are no additional or hidden fees for ordering in advance and all of the prices listed on the app are exactly the same as if you were to call the restaurant. If there is a delivery or container fee listed, it is the same one you would be charged for a regular delivery.

In order to use Future Order from a desktop, log into your Seamless account, and when it asks when you want your meal delivered, choose a time anywhere between immediately and 72 hours in advance. If you are on the go, use the free app found in the app store and refine your deliver time to “later.”

The Future Order feature is available to any new or existing Seamless user. In order to create an account, visit seamless.com or download the app available for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
