NYMetroParents is seeking to fill two sales positions, one for Big Apple Parent in Manhattan and the other for Long Island Parent's Suffolk edition.
The ideal candidate is an experienced salesperson with a proven track record of selling print, digital, and social media products to local businesses looking to reach families in the area. We have a collegial, supportive culture with individual scheduling flexibility in an established territory. Uncapped earnings are available based on your ability to develop and retain accounts.
Our salespeople represent a product with a strong print and digital presence consisting of a monthly magazine, website, email, and social media platforms.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organized & able to work well under pressure
- Outgoing & comfortable with representing our brand
- Able to develop a strong rapport with our clients
- Creative and ready to adapt to the needs of our clients
We need someone who has:
- Sales experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Base package
