Adventures at Governors Island is New York City’s premiere summer destination for thrill-seekers and adventure enthusiasts of all ages. The Flywire Zipline offers soaring views of the city and Statue of Liberty from a 35-feet peak, while the Climbing Challenge features three unique, 25-foot high walls that enable guests to conquer each vertical climbing course.

What you need to know: Palisades Climb is currently operating as a cashless establishment. Sky Trail is limited to 25 guest per hour, while Sky Tykes is limited to 5 guests per hour. Every hour, both courses will be shutdown for cleaning and disinfecting. All guests are required to wear masks. All guests will undergo a temperature check before participating.
The World’s Tallest Indoor Ropes Challenge Course is located in the Palisades Center Mall. The ropes course stands 85 feet tall and contains 5 different levels of ropes! Visitors will encounter over 75 different obstacles!

What you need to know: There will be a pre-screening process for all visitors. Visitors must keep 15-20 feet apart at all times. 3 people are allowed on each platform if they are part of the same family. Gloves are required; Boundless Adventures will sell gloves $6/pair if needed. Masks must be worn at check-in and for harnessing/de-harnessing. Boundless Adventures is limiting the number of guests to 30 percent of normal capacity. They opened Boundless Adventures with hopes of empowering and inspiring people to challenge themselves both mentally and physically. Launching off a high platform above Jones Beach, this zip line will take you on a thrilling ride along the beach. Adventure Park at Long Island consists of 140 platforms at their “aerial ropes park.” Comprising both low and high-ropes courses interspersed with ziplines, this adventure park is ideal for all ages and every fitness level. Kids aged 3+ can play at the Adventure Playground, and those aged 7+ can enjoy the 11 treetop trails.

What you need to know: All participants must bring and wear face masks, unless unable to do so. The facility will operate at a maximum of 25 percent capacity and will have sanitization and social distancing protocols. For the time being, the "Jump It" free fall simulation and "Climb It" attractions are temporarily closed. Reservations are not required, but are encouraged and available to book online!
It Adventure Ropes Course is the largest indoor ropes course in the world! The state-of-the-art facility has well over 100 activities to take advantage of and explore for all ages.

What you need to know: Highflyer is limiting tour sizes and requires advanced reservations to participate. They do this in an effort to assist with social distancing and limit contact.
Foxwoods HighFlyer Zipline is the biggest zip line in Connecticut and the only zip line in America that launches from a 33-story hotel tower. So strap in tight and launch from the rooftop of Fox Tower to the Long Island Sound to the Museum & Research Center. What you need to know: No walk in customers allowed. All reservations must be made in advance. The park is limiting numbers to 20 climbers per harnessing starting at the top of each hour. Training will take place on our large harnessing deck and climbers will be spaced at least 6 feet apart. Face masks must be worn during harnessing and training. Masks may be removed prior to beginning your climb. Climbers are encouraged to bring their own helmets and gloves, but have gloves for sale for $3.
Fields of Fire has covered 50 acres of rugged Connecticut woodlands to create an Outdoor Adventurer’s dream! The Aerial Adventure Park is their newest attraction and consists of 5 unique elevated trails throughout the forest, complete with over 76 elevated obstacles and 14 zip lines.

The Tree Top Adventure course is an elevated obstacle course set in the beautiful trees of Northern New Jersey. The Adventure Zip Lines are suspended 15 to 50 feet in the tall trees, allowing visitors to try out more than 30 exhilarating and adventurous zip lines. The experience is self-guided, allowing friends and family to explore the obstacles together!
