Families who want to learn more about the Academy of the Holy Angels Middle School are invited to this virtual information session. AHA President Melinda Hanlon and AHA Middle School Dean Traci Koval will host this timely webinar that coincides with the eve of Catholic Schools Week. AHA Middle School, which will be located on the first floor of Kelleher Hall, is set to open in September 2021. The school renews AHA’s tradition of educating girls in Grades 6-8 and extends the School Sisters’ mission to transform the world through education. AHAMS inspires young women to cultivate a life-long love of learning and empowers them to navigate the challenges of adolescence, find their voice, and share their unique gifts. Students will prep for success in high school and beyond. The all-girl setting will allow students to take on all leadership roles so they may become self-reliant, resilient individuals. Students will enjoy a customized education that features personalized attention. Young women will define themselves, growing as individuals as they pursue familiar interests and explore new educational pathways. Each student will receive a solid educational foundation and moral compass in the SSND tradition. Founded by the School Sisters of Notre Dame in 1879, the Academy of the Holy Angels is the oldest private girls’ school in Bergen County. While AHA is steeped in Catholic tradition, this prestigious school serves young women from several cultural and religious backgrounds. Advanced registration required.
