North Shore Symphony Orchestra will open its 59th season with Khachaturian's "Adagio" from Spartacus in remembrance of Denise Meshejian, the orchestra's former Principal French Horn. Maestro Harry Marenstein has invited the virtuosic David Grossman, double bass, to perform the Stamitz Concerto in D Major for Double Bass and Orchestra. Brahms' Symphony No.2 in D Major, Op. 73 will complete the program.
