Join licensed instructor Beth Lauren Levine for a simplified Zumba-style dance class that provides exercise with an emphasis on fun. In a non-competitive and non-judgmental atmosphere parents can find a way to get their kids active while having quality time together and by example sending a positive message about fitness. Dancing is so much fun and no one loses. If a child is inactive, this is a no-pressure and non-threatening way to begin a fitness plan. This class is for children, but is also appropriate for adults attending with their child.
