Jessica Cimini-Samuels, NASA Ambassador and science educator, will explore the history of manned science flight, including the Mercury, Gemini, Apollo and Shuttle programs. July 20th marked the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11 moon landing - a tremendous accomplish for manned space travel. Learn the answers to: - Where are we in space travel, as NASA prepares to send astronauts to Mars and beyond? - What has NASA been doing since the retirement of the Shuttle program in July 2011? - What, and where, is the future of the space program – the Orion Program, SLS and beyond?
