There are a myriad of essential oils that best target winter maladies - learn about the number of ways to use a selection of essential oils as well as safe practices and best modes of use for relief during a cold or flu. Use these oils to blend a synergy which help clear congestion, combat inflammation and ease muscle aches. DIY Product takeaway included with this 90 minute class.
