Are you a “fun guy”? No matter your answer, you will certainly have loads of fun with APEC in this program about the diverse world of mushrooms and molds! From truffles to portabella, foods, and medicines to blights and diseases, we have had a long history with our friends from the Kingdom next door. We will explore this complex relationship and examine whether they are truly nothing more than the dark, creepy, decomposers that we've been led to believe. The answers may spore-prise you! Participants must wear a mask for the entire program. A mushroom-based snack with be provided. Limited to 10 individuals. Ages 7-9. Advanced registration required.
