Join museum senior curator Ross MacPhee and author Manda Kalimian to explore the world of North American wild horses. From the evolution of the modern horse (Equus caballus) to the ways in which this species has become a companion and partner to different peoples throughout the ages, this family-friendly program will shed light on some of the hurdles surrounding rewilding horses in the United States and include a special preview of Cello Comes Home, a children's book dedicated to the history and future of this species in North America.
