Event description: Stop by the Center for Architecture for the 2012 openhousenewyork weekend Family Festival.

Bring your kids and enjoy various hands-on building, design, and construction activities organized by openhousenewyork and the Center For Architecture Foundation. Create your own beautiful stained glass window with the Eldridge Street Synagogue. Design your own gargoyle with the help of Friends of the Upper East Side Historic Districts. Build and decorate your own boat with materials from the Noble Maritime Collection. Fashion your own set of keys that unlock special places with No Longer Empty and create the ship of your dreams with the help of staff from the BLDG 92 in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
