Event description: Learn more about the Center for Architecture's Summer@theCenter studios for students entering grades 3-12 in Fall 2013. Programs run Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm from June 17–August 29, 2013. Each week explores a different topic in architecture and design through art and building activities, walking tours, and special site visits. At the free open house, visit the classrooms and galleries, observe the vacation programs in action, see examples from last summer, and have your questions answered by staff and educators.

The Center for Architecture is a a public gallery space committed to advancing an understanding of the field and a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting a broader appreciation of the built environment through educational programs and scholarship. Our programs engage young people, families, teachers, and community members in contemporary topics in the built environment.
