Enrollment is now open for the 2021-2022 school year at Children’s Jewish Education Group (CJEG). All who are interested in learning more about CJEG’s programs are invited to an informative virtual Open House. Zoom guests will hear from current parents and staff as they give an overview of the programs and answer questions. Contact CJEG at email@example.com for the Zoom link and for more information. Parents who are unable to attend on April 20 are welcome to contact CJEG for information by calling (914) 200-1520. CJEG is an alternative Jewish cultural school run as a cooperative by parents. Children thrive meeting new friends and enjoy learning through and engaging, creative curriculum. Students learn Jewish culture, tradition, history and values through a series of lessons that integrate art, music and various hands-on activities. All lessons are especially designed to be age-appropriate for children in grades K-7. This is a great option for families looking for an alternative to temple-based Hebrew School. Throughout the school year, CJEG provides many opportunities for the school community to celebrate together. Among them are a Rosh Hashanah celebration, Purim celebration, Family Seder, High Holiday services, music program, moving up ceremony and family tzedakah projects.
