Event description: Use hurdles, balance beams, and hoola hoops to engage your whole body in this unique conditioning program to develop fundamental movement skills including running, throwing, and jumping. Led by Heather Gunn and Will Rivera of Grassroots Fitness Project. Adults can question fitness experts following each program.
