Taconic Opera, currently in its 23rd season, will be celebrating the return of live opera with outdoor matinee performances of a Verdi favorite: La Traviata! Maestro Jun Nakabayashi is delighted to provide the downbeat for a small but live orchestra for the return of live performances with a live audience! The performance will be staged and performed in Italian. All covid health and safety protocols will be adhered to: each performer will be fully vaccinated; audience members must be masked and will be spaced; seating will be limited to 100 tickets per day; to keep audience size to 100, tickets must be reserved in advance and will not be sold at the door.
