DiMenna Children's Histtory Museum at New-York Historical Society

Event description: Calling all budding magicians! Celebrity magician Matt Wayne breaks down one trick per session, from the history to the techniques. Tricks range from card-based to sleight of hand. After learning about the history of the trick and seeing historical footage of magicians' performances, kids will get hands-on practice and guidance during the class, and will take home materials to continue learning at home. Sign up for all four. The class is for kids; adults may accompany their child if needed.
