An American Heart Association (AHA) friends and family workshop teaches how to identify when an infant or child needs CPR, how to perform CPR and how to relieve foreign body airway obstruction (choking). This course is ideal for expectant and new parents, grandparents, and caregivers. Participants have ample opportunity to practice their skills on a mannequin and will leave with an AHA workbook.
