Summer Sounds Concert Series

The sound of music will be heard all along Long Island Sound and in the heart of downtown New Rochelle this summer as the New Rochelle Council on the Arts (NRCA) presents its annual summer concert series at both the historic Hudson Park band shell and a new spot, New Ro Parc. Both locations will feature great bands and food trucks. The Summer Sounds Concert Series will kick off its 15th season on July 6th with the R & B sounds of Billy and The Showmen, and finish on August 31st with "yacht rock" from AM Gold; in between the series will feature an eclectic lineup of musicians performing everything from Top 40 hits to mellow jazz, country hits to classical opera, as well as Latin, rockabilly, funk and soul.
