Description: Join Fordham University colleagues Ima Watkins-Owens, Co-chair, Department of African and African American Studies and History, and Roger Panetta, Visiting Professor of History, to look at the politics of southwest Georgia and explore the roots of African-American imprisonment in slavery and on chain gangs.
