A humble prism can split light into the colors of a rainbow. Believe it or not, this simple tool has revealed many new mysteries and has helped answer questions about the Universe like: Are there planets around other stars? Yes! Now we’re approaching an answer to one of the biggest mysteries of all: Is there anyone out there? Join HRM in the Museum Courtyard as they demonstrate how to use the properties of light to investigate these questions . . . as well as the connection between noisemakers and neutron stars, and other demonstrations on a range of topics—including black holes!
