Description: "Portraying Your Personal History," a family-friendly art workshop will take place at the museum on Sunday, July 21st from 2-4pm.

Create a self-reflecting object using your own images or those supplied, to describe your personal history. Be inspired by artist Charles McGill, whose work is currently on view in the museum, and learn how he integrates images drawn from the web and various sources onto his sculptures made of found materials, like golf bags. The $5 materials fee includes admission to the museum for the entire day.

Open to all ages. Students younger than age 5 must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited; please RSVP by calling 914-788-0100 or email rsvp@hvcca.org.
