'The Secret Society of Souptown' at Jacob Burns Film Center

Event description: JBFC Kids activities on August 12: Use clues from the film in a treasure hunt.Four friends form a secret society dedicated to solving mysteries in their small Estonian town. Led by Mari, these young detectives are put to the test when a strange illness strikes their community—suddenly the adults are acting like kids! Relying on the help of an ancient notebook and with a mysterious masked man hot on their trail, the gang sets out on their most important mission yet. This film is in Estonian and has easy-to-read English subtitles, which makes it completely accessible—and a lot of fun—for kids ages 8 and up.
