JCAL's Making Moves Dance Festival 2020 will be exclusively online, featuring 11 NYC based choreographers. For access to event, you must RSVP. The festival has always been a testament to the rich diversity of Queens and New York City, and this year's lineup offers both traditional and contemporary influenced dance styles including Ballet, Afro-Latin, East Asian, Middle Eastern, Afro-Caribbean, East Indian, and more.

  • Housed in the 1895 landmark building, the original Office of Register, JCAL finished second phase of renovation in 2009 and turned this landmark building into multi-functional arts & education center with state-of-the-art music classrooms, rehearsal studios, conference room, professional galleries, and 99-seat black box theater with lighting and sound system.
