Jewish Children's Museum

At this annual safety event, kids get to meet local heroes and learn road sense, as well as checking out other exhibits at the museum. The event features a number of temporary exhibits including a yellow bus photo booth complete with safety information and tips, as well as providing the opportunity for children to meet and interact with community heroes and safety personnel including policemen, fire fighters, paramedics and military servicemen. Drive through “Safety City”, a mini-city road course complete with traffic lights, pedestrian crosswalks and typical high street attractions along the way. Children will have to practice safe street behaviors both as drivers on pedal go-carts and as pedestrians, in order to be awarded a Safety City License.

The Museum features multi-media marvels, an art gallery, two state-of-the-art computer labs, a game show studio, a 75-seat audiovisual theater, a miniature golf course and a craft workshop. These are but some of the wonders within the museum's 50,000 square foot multi-media wired structure.
