Event description: A program-packed day of portrait-making for all ages, including portrait-themed projects for kids and adults. Make a crazy photo collage, sculpt a portrait coin, sketch funny faces, and enjoy a family-friendly gallery tour. Sign up in advance for a 20-minute session with a portrait artist. Choose from photographic tintypes like those made in the Civil War, line drawings, charcoal sketches, or colorful pastel portraits. Limited number of appointments; pre-paid reservations recommended. (Prices start at $45/portrait.)
