Event description: This holiday season, the museum's halls, which date back to the 1850s, will be retro-decked for a 1950s-themed Christmas celebration, with vintage trees and over-the-tinsel-top decorations, while strains of "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" and "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" play in the background. Learn how the holiday innovations of the 1850s became the traditions of the 1950s and today in this doubly nostalgic display.
