Event description: The Mount Vernon Hotel Museum & Garden, The Museum of Tolerance, and Restore NYC will host a free film screening of excerpts from the documentary, The Abolitionists, followed by a discussion of human rights and the need for modern-day abolitionists. Panelists Rabbi Steven Burg, Eastern Director, Simon Wiesenthal Center, and Jimmy Lee, Executive Director, Restore NYC, will lead the conversation about today’s ongoing efforts to create equal rights for all.
