Start your day and weekend with Mindful Meditation Learn various Mindfulness techniques to help focus and bring awareness to the present moment which offers a profound amount of peace with repeated practice. It also helps relieve anxiety, stress, and breaks up negative thought patterns, and negative self talk, as well as cultivate self love and compassion for ourselves and others, and promote connection, community, and peace to all! Amy Rutledge is a graduate of the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science Meditation Teacher Training in Mindfulness and Loving-Kindness under the direction of Megan Mook, Scott Tusa and Pooja Amy Shah, MD. Amy found meditation as a way of healing from Lyme disease, PTSD, depression, and anxiety when all else failed. She became passionate about becoming a meditation teacher because it was a wonderful way to help others relieve their suffering.
