MA RAINEY'S BLACK BOTTOM received several Oscar nominations for the 2020 American drama film directed by George C. Wolfe and written by Ruben Santiago-Hudson, based on the play of the same name by August Wilson. Brown Bag Book Group will be reading the August Wilson play Ma Rainey's Black Bottom. Join the library on the lawn outside near the parking lot (weather permitting) for a lively discussion led by Martha Iwan, librarian and book group leader.
