Event description: Learn to defend yourself while getting fit. Sixth degree Black Belt Master Wentworth Small leads fitness through Wu Shu Movements and Fitness Kung Fu. Participants will learn the fundamentals of discipline, balance, health, and wellness. The course promotes self confidence and is a good way to meet new friends.
