It’s a monster mash! Wear your costume to the farm for this Halloween spooktacular for kids and their grown-ups. Halloween on the Farm tickets includes The Amazing Maize Maze sponsored by Con Edison, a DJ dance party, a visit with the farm's animals, 9 trick-or-treating stations located throughout the farm’s 47 acres, photo ops, Halloween hayrides, the Adopt-a-Worm composting program, and ghastly crafts and recycling tips at the Con Edison Ecology Booth. Add to the fun with local food vendors and fresh veggies at the Farmstand! Halloween costumes encouraged.

The Queens County Farm Museum dates back to 1697 and occupies New York City's largest remaining tract of undisturbed farmland. The farm encompasses a 47-acre parcel that is the longest continuously farmed site in New York State. The site includes historic farm buildings, a greenhouse complex, livestock, farm vehicles and implements, planting fields, an orchard, and an herb garden.

The grounds are open seven days a week, year-round from 10am-5pm. Visit the Welcome Center to purchase goat feed, or go for a stroll around the farm to see fields, livestock, and farm implements. On Saturdays and Sundays they offer guided tours of the historic Adriance Farmhouse and seasonal hayrides (from April through October, weather permitting).

General admission is free, except during public events. Group visits by schools and organizations require advance reservations and admission fees apply.
