Celebrate International Sculpture Day at Rockland Center for the Arts. RoCA selected members of the Sculpture Guild of NY to create site specific installations for The Catherine Konner Sculpture Park. Large on-site installations address environmental themes with interactive works, integrating elements of both sound and touch. Natural Progressions invites visitors to reconnect to nature and to relieve the "nature deficit" so prevalent today and will be part of the yearlong exhibitions on Art and Healing. The eight amazing artists of the NY Sculpture Guild are all known for their public art works and installations on environmental themes. Artists include: Mark Attebery, Caroline Bergonzi, Alberto Bursztyn, Sarah Haviland, Elizabeth McCue, Thea Lanzisero, Eric David Laxman, and Janet Rutkowski.
