Outdoor Adventures: Stream Hunters

  • $9; $6 members plus museum admission: $12; $10 seniors 65 and older; $8 students 18 and older with valid ID; $6 children 4-17; free for members and children younger than 3.

From mayflies to salamanders, there is a great world beneath the rocks and leaves of the stream! Join SM&NC staff and explore Poorhouse Brook for the amphibians, macroinvertebrates, and fish that call it home. Walk through the stream classroom to see what you can find. Please be prepared to walk in the stream; water shoes are recommended. Recommended for ages 6 and older. Meet at Overbrook Nature Center. Registration required.
