Event description: Harlem comes alive in dance and song in a special Just Kidding Sunday at Symphony Space. Featuring "Uptown" by Matthew Rushing with Ailey American Dance Theatre veteran Renee Robinson and artists from The Ailey School, this interactive program is rounded out with dance and poetry, paired with Harlem-inspired musical masterpieces performed by Marsha Perry Starkes, D'Ambrose Boyd, and David Rosenmeyer of Symphony Space's Global Arts: cultural literacy & heritage program.
